Hi, I'm Erik!

I was born in the cozy and maritime city of Tallinn, Estonia. Since 2016, I have studied in Maastricht, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Maastricht University, followed by a Master of Science specialising in Neuropsychology. Afterwards, I achieved the Advanced Diploma of Counselling & Psychology certification by the International Career Institute. 

In my professional career, I have worked with over 1000 students of different ages and cultures. My approach centres on holistic, client-focused support, guiding you through personal obstacles that affect your well-being and professional achievements. I am dedicated to provide support and guidance to you navigating emotional, psychological, or personal challenges.

As a multilingual professional, I create a welcoming space for all. My practice is built on a foundation of empathy and evidence-based techniques to foster growth and resilience.
Outside of work, I enjoy creating and building things as well as taking walks in nature. Such activities help me maintain balance in both my private and professional life.

Online individual counselling 

- One-to-one counselling for adults and young adults from all backgrounds
- Sessions are tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and change unhelpful thinking patterns, mindfulness to develop awareness and presence in the current moment, and other proven methods suited to your goals
- Sessions are held in a confidential, safe, and supportive space so you can speak from the comfort and safety of your own home

Stress & burnout recovery support

- Building resilience and coping strategies to manage daily challenges
- Developing practical skills in time-management, planning, and setting healthy boundaries. For example, feeling comfortable saying "no" when needed
- Mind-body techniques to restore the connection between the body and mind, thereby facilitating the recovery of energy, concentration and emotional balance after burnout

Frequently Asked Questions

Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes long. We can adjust the frequency based on your needs and progress.

I offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate various time zones and personal commitments. Please contact me to find a suitable time should the booking system not include your preferred time.

A standard session costs €80. A reduced rate of €60 eur per session is available for students and clients receiving benefits. This can be discussed and agreed together after the free intake session, so we can find an option that feels appropriate and supportive of your circumstances.
